Scheduling

CurePet's integrated scheduling system provides outstanding flexibility for managing appointments and optimizing resources. Staff can easily view, book and update appointments for multiple locations, providers and resources.

The check-in/check-out features and triage management enable staff to print customizable encounter forms for each appointment, collect payments, and auto-post advance fees and final charges. Embedded appointment status functionality enables transaction monitoring of appointments -Scheduled, Confirmed, Rescheduled, Checked-in, Charged, No-show, and Paid,- helping to increase revenues by providing front-desk staff the flexibility to reduce no-shows and cancellations.

Treatment Scheduling

CurePet’s integrated scheduling system enables providers to specify the schedule for the administration of treatments added to the plan. Providers simply select the schedule and repeat pattern for the treatments, and the system automatically organizes this information in a treatment sheet to facilitate timely and accurate administration of the required treatment.

Plan Monitoring

CurePet's plan monitoring system (just want to use the same terms throughout the literature to build comprehension) provides automatic, real-time monitoring of the scheduled treatments. Color-coding enables care providers to easily distinguish between scheduled, updated, on-time, on-hold, late and cancelled orders.

  • Activity monitoring helps ensure pet safety and compliance by preventing changes to administered orders. The system automatically audits the actions performed by the users, and provides up-to-minute reports to facilitate appropriate management.

  • Effectiveness monitoring utilizes user-defined alert values, findings and comments to provide valuable analysis, trending and tracking reports for determining the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan. Providers also have the ability to define custom alert values called Call Orders. The system automatically monitors these call orders and alerts the user to perform specific clinician-authorized actions if treatment results conflict with normal values.

Alternative Plans

CurePet enables clinicians to define alternative treatment plans for the treatment of specific conditions. The system automatically links these treatment plans based on the attached diagnoses to allow providers instant access to all available treatment options for a certain condition, facilitating ore robust decision-making.

 

Document Imaging

Document Imaging creates the ability to organize images from a variety of sources including radiology results, lab results, audio-visual files and educational materials, which arethen incorporated to the central Pet record. You can easily manage multiple image documents and results directly from a single interface.
