Company Overview

CurePet-Company Overview The Company is poised to become the leading Health Information Exchange in the veterinary market. In order to build the Exchange, the Company has developed a revolutionary Enterprise Practice Management System and Electronic Medical Record system (“PMS/EMR”).

The scope and scale of this product is unmatched in the marketplace and has become the foundation of the Exchange. As more specialty hospitals and universities implement this PMS/EMR, the system will open itself up to smaller practicing veterinary groups, to pet owners and to partners such as lab and insurance companies.

The Company has defined the Health Information Exchange as a comprehensive, historical file of patient health information stored electronically that is compiled from multiple pet healthcare providers treating a patient or evaluating their conditions over the course of that patient’s health history. The components of the Exchange include, but are not limited to, such things as known allergies, vaccinations, laboratories or other diagnostic tests and images, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, current and past medications, procedures history, and treatment plans. These data elements are stored in a secure electronic format that allows only authorized users to access them from a variety of locations at the time needed to make the most effective use of the information.
